Trim tab kit Jumbo (50–80 kt)
The trim-tab actuation kit for the iLevil AP autopilot, in the Jumbo size — servo and tab for slow aircraft cruising at 50 to 80 kt.
- The servo and trim tab that fly the aircraft for the iLevil AP — sized for 50 to 80 kt cruise: ultralights and slow Experimentals
- Riveted, screwed or bonded to the surface, as your airframe allows

Details.
The iLevil AP moves a trim tab, not the control surface itself. The tab does the flying: a small servo deflects it, the airflow does the rest, and the aircraft follows — which is how a light-sport or Experimental aircraft gets an autopilot without heavy servos, long linkages or a certified installation.
Sized by cruise speed
The slower the aircraft, the larger the tab that is needed to move the surface. The Jumbo kit is for aircraft cruising at 50 to 80 kt — ultralights, slow Experimentals, anything that spends its life near the bottom of the speed range. Large covers 80 to 120, Medium 120 to 140 and Small 140 to 180 — choose by the speed you actually cruise at.
What is in the kit
The servo and the trim tab, 12 inches long with a 2 inch moving section, at 150 g for the kit. Riveted, screwed or bonded to the surface with strong double-sided adhesive, as your airframe allows.
Requires the iLevil AP autopilot.
Questions pilots ask.
Which size do I need?
Choose by the speed you actually cruise at: Small 140–180 kt, Medium 120–140 kt, Large 80–120 kt, Jumbo 50–80 kt. The slower the aircraft, the larger the tab.
