Shipping & payment.
Instruments ship from Celje, Slovenia — worldwide, tracked and insured. Here is exactly what to expect, and every way you can pay.
From order to doorstep.
Orders placed before noon are processed the next working day. Built-to-order instruments get a confirmed lead time by email.
Every instrument is functionally tested and packed in Celje by the people who built it.
You receive an email with the tracking number the moment the parcel leaves our workshop.
DHL delivers on working days. Track any time at /track — no account needed.
Delivery.
Standard delivery. Order by 12:00 (CET) and we process your package on the following working day. You receive an email the moment your package is handed to the delivery service. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. If an item is not in stock, we inform you by email.
Carrier and cost. Products are delivered by DHL at a flat rate, whatever the weight: €25 within the EU, €35 to the rest of Europe (UK, Switzerland, Norway and neighbours), and €60 worldwide. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you place the order. Special delivery instructions can be added in the order notes or sent by email before ordering.
Pickup. You can collect your order at Tkalska ulica 10, 3000 Celje — choose “Pickup in Celje” at checkout and we email you when it is ready.
Outside the EU. Export orders are invoiced at 0% VAT. Local import duties and taxes are payable on delivery and are not included in our prices.
Payment.
Card. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.
Bank transfer (SEPA / SWIFT). Choose bank transfer at checkout and we email the pro-forma invoice with the payment details. We reserve your order and ship as soon as the payment arrives.
Dealers. Authorised dealers see their net pricing when signed in. Payment terms, where granted, are shown at checkout.
VAT. Retail prices include the VAT of your delivery country inside the EU. Businesses with a valid EU VAT ID outside Slovenia are invoiced net under the reverse-charge mechanism.
Include your order number in the payment description. Transfer costs are paid by the sender — we must receive the full amount.
