Embedded engineering & software

Firmware from bare-metal microcontrollers to embedded Linux: drivers, bootloaders with secure field updates, real-time control loops, connectivity and the cloud services behind the device. Test software and production fixtures included.

Production & assembly

Our own SMT line with pick-and-place machine and reflow oven, hand assembly for through-hole, cables and enclosures, functional test on our own fixtures, and a serial number with full build history for every unit that leaves the building. Prototype, small and medium PCBA series are where we are fastest — and we have run certified aviation products at scale under EASA Form 1.

Full solution — idea to shipped device

If you have a product idea but no electronics team, we take the whole thing: requirements, electronics, firmware, enclosure, certification support, production and lifecycle support. You get a finished device with your name on it.

IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION

Our pick-and-place machine is ten metres from the design desk.

Boards are populated, reflowed, inspected and tested in the same building where they were designed. A prototype spin takes days, not weeks — and when a footprint or a test limit needs changing, the person who can change it is in the room.

We answer with an architecture proposal, the risks we see, a schedule and a fixed price for the development phase.

Design & prototype

Electronics, firmware and mechanics are developed together. You get working prototypes built on our own line, not renderings.

Pilot run & validation

A small series through the real production process — test fixtures, calibration, EMC pre-compliance — before anything is frozen.

Series production & support

Production in Celje, or a full manufacturing package for your own line. Repairs, updates and second sources for the life of the product.

Built for hard environments

Our own instruments fly in unpressurised cockpits from −20 °C on the ground to 8,000 m, on 12 V batteries that sag under load. That discipline goes into your device too.

Prototypes in days, small and medium PCBA runs at volumes big contract manufacturers turn away — and when a product takes off, radios, transponders and ventilation controllers have all been built here in quantity.

Certified production, proven

KRT2 radios and KTX2 transponders left our line with EASA Form 1. Traceability, configuration control and test records are how we work every day, not a special project.
