Choosing instruments for a panel is a conversation, not a checkout. From today you can book that conversation directly: a free online video consultation with LX navigation, or with one of our dealers — matched to your country, so the call happens in your own language.
How it works
Open the booking page, tell us where you fly and whether you fly gliders or powered aircraft, and pick a time that suits you. A dealer covering your country appears first when we have one — an Italian glider pilot books Marco in Italian, a British one books in English — and the LX team in Celje is always available whatever your country.
Your host confirms the meeting personally, and the confirmation email carries a Google Meet link and a calendar invitation. Plans change? The same email lets you move the booking to another slot or cancel it, no phone calls required.
Help us prepare — it makes the call better
The booking form asks a few optional questions: your aircraft type, whether you fly privately or in a club, and which instruments you are interested in. Tell us, and your host joins the call already knowing your panel — thirty minutes goes a long way when nobody spends the first ten asking what you fly.
Not just for buying
The same booking works for support. Choose “support for my existing device”, tell us which instrument, and talk through configuration, updates or a problem with someone who knows it inside out — often faster than a week of emails.
The first slots are open now. Bring photographs of your panel if you have them — retrofit advice is a different conversation with a picture on the table.
