Conditions, livraison et confidentialité.

The seller is LX navigation d.o.o., Tkalska ulica 10, 3000 Celje, Slovenia. By placing an order in the online shop you enter into a purchase contract with the seller; you receive an order confirmation by email. The final step of checkout is clearly marked as an order with an obligation to pay, as required by the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Prices and VAT. Retail prices include the VAT of the delivery country within the EU and the UK. Orders shipped outside the EU/UK are invoiced at 0% VAT (export) — local import duties and taxes may apply on delivery. Business customers with a valid EU VAT ID outside Slovenia are invoiced net under the reverse-charge mechanism (Art. 196 EU VAT Directive).

Warranty. All products carry the statutory 2-year warranty for consumers in the EU, in addition to any manufacturer warranty stated on the product page.

Discounts. Discounts and coupon codes cannot be combined; no further discounts apply to products already on promotion.

Standard delivery. Order by 12:00 (CET) and we process your package on the following working day. You receive an email the moment your package is handed to the delivery service. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. If an item is not in stock, we inform you by email.

Carrier and cost. Products are delivered by DHL. Shipping cost depends on the destination and is shown at checkout before you place the order. Special delivery instructions can be added in the order notes or sent by email before ordering.

Payment methods. You can pay by credit card, or by bank transfer after receiving the official (pro-forma) invoice. Bank-transfer orders ship after payment is received.

You may withdraw from the purchase contract within 15 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason — simply notify us at [email protected]. Returning the products within this period also counts as notice of withdrawal.

Returning the goods. Ship the products back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, undamaged, in their original packaging and in unchanged quantity. The only cost you bear is the return shipping.

Refund. We refund the amount paid as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, to your payment account. Gift certificates are refunded as a credit note; promotional codes and discounts are not refunded.

Exclusions. Withdrawal does not apply to software, audio and video media, or products where a security seal has been opened.

Damaged parcels. If your parcel arrives physically damaged, with missing content or signs of opening, start a complaint procedure with the carrier (DHL, GLS or Pošta Slovenije) and let us know — we will help resolve it.

The data controller is LX navigation d.o.o., Tkalska ulica 10, 3000 Celje, Slovenia. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Slovenian Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2).

What we collect. Name, shipping and invoicing addresses, company name and VAT ID (business customers), email address, telephone number, country, and any details you add voluntarily. We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order and manage your account.

Why we process it. Performance of the purchase contract (order, delivery, invoicing, warranty), legal obligations (tax and accounting records), and — only with your explicit opt-in consent — direct marketing such as newsletters and offers. You can withdraw consent at any time, free of charge, via the unsubscribe link in every message or by emailing [email protected].

Who we share it with. The delivery service receives only the data needed to deliver your order. We never disclose your data to other third parties without your express consent, unless required by law. Data is kept only as long as necessary for the stated purpose.
