The iris EFIS and the iris EFIS Pro are the same instrument. This licence is the difference: a key, tied to your unit's serial number, that switches on the Pro pages of an EFIS you already own. Enter it in the configurator and the functions are there on the next power-up — no return to the factory, no panel work, no new hardware.
What it unlocks
- Navigation — your own airport and turnpoint files, routes, airport frequencies and runway directions, over 3D terrain in twelve palettes
- Airspace — free airspace files, recoloured or switched off by class
- G-force page — load with minimum and maximum, scale adjustable in flight
- Logbook — the last 50 flights, synced to LX Cloud
- Info page — GPS status, OAT, density altitude, supply voltage and battery state
How it is delivered
As a licence key by email, generated for the serial number you give at checkout. Works on the iris EFIS 57 and the iris EFIS 80.
If you have not bought the EFIS yet, the iris EFIS Pro is the same instrument with this licence already applied, and costs less than the two bought separately.

How do I apply the licence?
Enter the key in the configurator over WiFi; the Pro pages are there on the next power-up. The key is generated for the serial number you give at checkout and works on that unit only.
Is it cheaper to buy the Pro outright?
Yes — if you have not bought the EFIS yet, the iris EFIS Pro is the same instrument with this licence already applied and costs less than the two bought separately.
