Shipping and payment methods
Standard delivery
If you order by 12 p.m., we will process your package on the following working day. You will receive an email when your package is handed over to the delivery service. If items are not available in stock, we will inform you by email. Please note that we don’t deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping
Our products are delivered by the delivery service of DHL.
The shipping cost depends on the location. If you have any special instructions for the delivery, please write them into the additional notes prior to placing the order or write us an email.
