Every repair is done in-house in Celje, by the people who built your instrument. The process runs through a repair ticket, so you can follow your device the whole way.
Opening a repair
- Open a repair ticket on the repair page. Repairs run through an LX account — it is how you follow the ticket, read the technician's findings and approve the quote, and how we can reach you about your device.
- Print the generated repair documents, sign them, and include them in the parcel.
- Address the parcel to the Repair department at LX navigation and ship it. Send us the tracking number by email once the package is on its way.
What happens next
- When the device arrives, the ticket moves to received and the technicians inspect it.
- If the repair is not covered by warranty, you get a quote to approve in your account before any work starts.
- After the repair, the device is tested, packed and shipped back — the ticket carries the return tracking number.
How long it takes
Repairs run first in, first out and usually take 3–4 weeks depending on workload.
Need it back fast? Choose the Express repair option in the ticket — your repair is done within 3 days of receiving the device.
Shipping from outside the European Union
Packages from outside the EU need the customs paperwork generated with your repair ticket, or the parcel can get stuck (and charged) at import. Follow the instructions on the ticket and mark the shipment as a repair return.
Following an existing repair
Sign in to your account: the ticket shows the current status, the technician's findings, photos, the quote if there is one, and the full service history of the unit.
